MiceConnex provides a free venue advisory service that helps corporate teams find suitable event venues in Malaysia. We source and shortlist venue proposals on your behalf at no cost — venues pay our commission directly.
2. No Obligation
Submitting an enquiry through MiceConnex does not obligate you to book any venue. You are free to accept, decline, or negotiate any proposal we present.
3. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date venue information, pricing and availability are subject to change by the venues. Final terms are always confirmed directly between you and the chosen venue.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact and event information when submitting an enquiry. Misuse of the platform, including submitting false information, may result in your access being restricted.
5. Limitation of Liability
MiceConnex acts as an intermediary between you and venue providers. We are not liable for the performance, quality, or conduct of any venue. Any disputes should be resolved directly with the venue.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
